Isabella's Freshness Guarantee:
Unlike typical baked goods that use preservatives and artificial ingredients, and can sit on the shelf for months, our cookie creations are packaged to stay fresh for 12 to 14 days, if unopened, before they begin to loose their freshness. In the event your order arrives in unacceptable condition, please contact us immediately at (877) 318-1920 for a re-shipment!

(Please note, if your order arrives damaged, it is necessary to keep your packaging in the event a claim needs to be made.)

At Isabella's Cookie Company, we stand behind our products, our service and our customers, and that is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your cookies, please return the unused portion within 7 days of delivery, and we will happily exchange or refund your purchase (less shipping charges).

Our thoughts on storage:
As you know, our treats contain no preservatives, therefore we suggest storing our treats at room temperature in an air-tight container for up to 10 to 12 days. Another option is to freeze our cookies immediately upon receiving them, in an air-tight freezer bag. To enjoy, simply toss into the microwave for 10-12 seconds, or until thawed. (Add a little more time to get that fresh-out-of-the-oven taste!! Nothing tastes better than a warm, gooey, Isabella Cookie!)

Orders placed by . . . will ship by . . .
All orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Wednesday will ship that same day. (This does not apply to orders that include Sugar Rush and Chocolate Sugar Rush Cookies due to their cure time. Please allow 24 hours for these items to ship.) All orders received after 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Wednesday will ship the following day. Orders placed Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship that following business day. You will always be notified of your shipment details via e-mail or telephone!

Isabella's Cookies Company uses the most economical method of delivery, from overnight services to local delivery service within the Los Angeles area, to guarantee our fresh, baked-to-order cookies are delivered on time and fresh. Do you have a food allergy?
Nuts are used in our bakery, so it is possible that those items that do not contain nuts could have trace amounts of nuts in them. Please use caution!
